Investigation into the cause of an accident generally exposes a latent risk as a contributor. We have unprecedented experience from a world-class team of experts who can identify and address weaknesses within a safety system.
Highly experienced pilots, engineers and managers left aviation during the COVID pandemic resulting in the loss of much experience. Revenues nose-dived and financial constraints resulted in neglect of safety systems.
Compliance to standards and regulations alone is no longer sufficient given the dilution of experience within the industry. A safety system must be taken in its entirety. Safety leadership should be considered an organisational issue and actively promoted at all working levels in order to develop an effective safety culture.
Our team's experience enables us to provide a comprehensive means to identify hazards and risk for aircraft stakeholders. Beyond merely meeting regulations and certification to standards, we examine the entire safety system.
Our impartial evaluations will remain confidential and benefit insurance underwriters, aircraft operators, lessors, and financiers.
FSC Partners will identify areas of latent or systemic risk within an organisation. Additionally, we will look at the impact of the Client’s future operational plans and the impact on future risk.
All, or some, of the following activities may be relevant:
Necessary preparation to fully understand the nature of the Client’s business model and potential areas that need consideration.
To review the operational system and safety leadership.
A confidential closing report will be provided with debrief on any matters of perceived urgency.
If required, FSC Partners can provide, oversee or be fully engaged in a corrective action plan.
Training standards diminishing as a result of reduced experience within operators training departments
Reduced numbers of experienced and qualified personnel across the industry
Increased workload of personnel in safety-critical functions
Reduced safety oversight across the industry
Poor conduct during non-revenue flights including delivery and post-maintenance test flights
We offer the benefit of a multi-disciplinary team of globally recognised and experienced aviation executives.
All members of the team assigned to a client task will have relevant previous experience.
